This one-room apartment is located on the top floor of a 4-storey building just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Prospect on the street bearing the name of marvelous Kazan Cathedral — one of the grandest churches in the city, embracing the main city’s thoroughfare with its curvaceous colonnades. The flat consists of a bedroom (15,5 sq.m.) with a double bed, a foldout sofa, a TV-set, VHS. In the adjoining kitchen there is a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a toaster and an electric kettle.
