This apartment is situated in the very heart of St. Petersburg right on the Ostrovskogo square, only a five minute walk to Nevsky prospect and metro station “Gostinny dvor”. This flat is meant for budget travellers. The apartment is located on the third floor of a 4-floor building with an elevator and offers a wonderful view on the Alexandrinsky Theatre. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet and two bathrooms ( a bath / shower). There is a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a coffee table in the bedroom. Another bedroom is furniched with a double bed, a sofa, a TVset and a wardrobe. The kitchen area comes equipped with a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dining table with chairs. There's no phone in the flat. There is also a washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, all necessary china&cutlery in the flat. Access to the apartment is from Ostrovskaya square; there's intercom on the building door.
